Draft. Pengumi Studio is not on sale yet. This text is prepared under Turkey's Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation for use when sales open. Price, payment and delivery details will be added then and shown to you for approval before you order. The Turkish version prevails in case of conflict.

2. Subject and essential features
- Subject: a license to use the Pengumi Studio panel software for Adobe Premiere Pro, delivered electronically.
- Essential features: as described on the product pages and the system requirements (Download page). Tools marked "Beta" are not fully verified yet.
3. Price and payment
- The total price including all taxes, payment methods and any extra costs will be shown on the order page before you confirm.
4. Delivery
- The license and download details are delivered electronically (by email and/or an account page) right after payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped.
5. Right of withdrawal
- Under Art. 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly online and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
- When ordering you will therefore be asked to confirm separately that you want the license delivered immediately and that you know you lose your right of withdrawal by this. Without that confirmation, delivery happens after the 14-day withdrawal period, during which you may withdraw without giving reasons. EU consumers keep the rights mandatory in their country.
- Send withdrawal notices to pengumibilisim@gmail.com; the price is refunded with the same payment method within 14 days of receipt.
6. Non-conformity
- If the software lacks an essential feature it was presented with, you may use your rights under Art. 11 of Law No. 6502 (free repair/update, price reduction, withdrawal from the contract).
7. Complaints and disputes
- Send complaints to pengumibilisim@gmail.com.
- Within the monetary limits set yearly by the Ministry of Trade you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where you live or where the purchase was made, and above them to the Consumer Court.
8. Personal data
- Data processed when ordering will be described in the Privacy Notice, which will be updated when sales open.
