These terms apply to this website, run by Pengumi Studio ("Pengumi Studio", "we"). By using the site you accept them. The Turkish version prevails in case of conflict.
1. Purpose of the site
- The site presents and informs about Pengumi Studio, a panel for Premiere Pro. The product can be downloaded with a free tier and a 7-day trial; Pro is not on sale yet, and its price and sales terms will be published separately when announced. Use of the software is governed by the End User License Agreement.
- Nothing on the site is a binding offer of sale.
2. Intellectual property
- Texts, images, videos, logos and design on the site belong to us or our licensors. You may view them for personal, non-commercial purposes and quote them with attribution; any other copying, modification or distribution needs written permission.
- Adobe and Premiere Pro are trademarks of Adobe Inc.; Pengumi Studio is not affiliated with Adobe (see Imprint).
3. Accuracy
- We try to keep information accurate and current but do not guarantee it is error-free. Each tool's page states whether it has been verified inside Premiere; tools marked "Beta" are not fully verified yet.
- The videos are stylised animations describing the product's behaviour.
4. Your obligations
- Do not use the site unlawfully, try to bypass its security, overload it by automated means, or copy its content without permission.
5. Limitation of liability
- The site is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Except for intent, gross negligence and liability that cannot be limited by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from using the site.
- We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites we link to.
6. Changes
- We may update these terms; the current text is always on this page with its date below.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
- Turkish law applies. For consumer matters, Consumer Arbitration Committees are competent within the monetary limits set yearly by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above them. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
