Cut silences

Find the dead air and let the timeline cut itself.

What it does

Set the threshold, word-edge padding and transition (straight, J-cut, L-cut, J+L), analyze, review, apply. Choose what happens to silence: cut, leave a gap (for B-roll), mute, or just drop markers. Do not guess the noise floor: Auto-measure finds it from the recording. Optionally detect speech with the Silero VAD model instead of volume, so air-conditioning and fans do not confuse it.
